Tartan Trend

I know a lot of us have seen them in stores and even have them in our wardrobe but categorise them as one of our regular checked shirt, Well you are right because its checked but regular? Tartans are not. Tartan is a wool pattern consisting of criss-crossed horizontal and vertical bands in multiple colours which is associated with Scotland(Scottish kilts). Tartan is also known as plaid in America and also as Lumber jacket. Tartan pattern has serve as means of branding for companies like Burberry(Burberry check) and Shortbread biscuit(the pattern seen on the pack). Tartan has been around for a while but right now its like everyone has got at least a piece of Tartan in there wardrobe:shirts,shoes,bags,belts, handkerchiefs,socks ,watches and underwear.
